IN A FOUR LEVELS NETWORK YOU ENROLL ALL:

As part of our organizatin your entitled to be a part of
the residual income program for life, AS LONG YOU ARE A COMPANY ASSOCIATE. If you refer a realtor to our company you
will receive $200.00 Dollars monetary reward for his or her enrollment alone, and $50.00
Dollar every time any of those realtors close a transaction. Furthermore, if the realtor your referred refers
a new realtor, you will also receive $25.00 Dollars for every time that new realtor closes a deal, and so on up to levels
four, plus level 1 - you.
The money is deducted from FLORIDIAN REALTORS'S profits
not from the raltor's income, in the following fashion...
Explanation.
Every time a R.E. deal is closed at
FLORIDIAN'S ...FLORIDIAN REALTORS's
profit is=Between 0 to 20% of Total Commission...+$295.00= Administrative fee - Paid by you the Realtor if you don't collect it from your
principal(s) at the time of closing.
Your income per enrollment in level 1is = $200.00 /each
Your income per closing in each level 1 -is =$50.00 /each.
Real income is $250.00 Dollars
per one enrollment with one closing every month. Then...
A.- 2ND through 4TH Levels
FLORIDIAN REALTORS's will pay
you $200.00 per every Realtor
you enroll.
B.- Levels 2-4 will pay you $200.00 per every Realtor you
have enrolled,$50.00 Dollars for every closing done by your direct enrolees, and a residual income of $25.00 for
every closing done by those realtors enrolled by your ENROLEES at any level above your 2nd level.
YOUR ORIGINAL (1ST TIER) REALTOR ENROLLMENT+$200.00
THEIR CLOSING OF ANY OF THEIR DEALS = $50.00
COLSINGS FOR THOSE UNDER THEM YOUR ENROLEES
( 2ND-4TH TIER) = $25.00FOR YOU.
THIS IS THE RESIDUAL INCOME FOR YOU.
C.- 2nd through 4th Levels
have no limits on how many Realtors
YOU or EACH of your referrals
can enroll, and how many deals
they may close in any given month.
TAKE A LOOK AT THIS...
If you were to refer 4 raltors
( YOU are Realtor one on the 1st level)
& all other 4 Realtors
are in 2ND Levels, under your direct
referral down line; and if
they all close 1 transaction
each per month you get,
$800.00 for enrollments
+ $200.00 for closings
MAKING $1000.00 GRAND TOTAL...
for that particular month; plus
your closings.
If the 3RD level (all those 4
realtors of level 2nd ) they may bring in or refer 2 new realtors each - making a total of (8)
realtors under you and them; and they all close 1 transaction per month you get, for enrollment $zero, and for their
closings YOU get...$200.00. If you were to enroll all eight new realtors you would get $1600.00 for enrollments, and $400.00
for every one's closings.
Making a total of $2000.00 Dollars
And if the 4th level ( 32
new realtors ) referred by level 3 , and each realtor closing one transaction each per month then you will
get. $0.00 for enrollments +$800.00 for their closings of 4th level; +$200.00 for closings of 3RD level+$200.00 for closing
on 2ND level; making a total of $1200.00 monthly on closings alone
If you were to bring all those
new Realtors, you will get on those
32 new realtors a total
of $6400.00 for enrollments alone,
plus the closing of all four
levels $1000.00 Dollars...
equals $7400.00
Dollars; plus your closings.
From one to the fourth level the increment
in volume will be great, it does grow in a highly progressive trajectory...don't you think. Can you imagen through time...a
lot of money.
