In many forms and shapes any sound of the famous RANDOM SELECTION PROCESS may bring the idea
of a GAMBLING oRr GAMING, and may look like if in fact therewere such a thing, but in our program the random selection
process is used only to find out who will be the MEMBER of the CLUB to be selected to purchase His or Her FIRST new home,
or the MEMBER who is to be selected to have His or Her old mortgage Refinanced by the CLUB, that is all.
No, we don't, and can not be compared with a famous PYRAMID SCENARIO for we are not.
We generate a winner using the random selection process and that is all, and to be a little more especific about it...
let's try to reason the following example.
The CLUB has generated through the collection fo monthly fees and monthly investments plans- accordingly
to each members own selected plan of investment - from the MEMBERS a monetary fund ...let's say ($855,000.00).
Once the CLUB has a good enough given amount of money handy and ready to do a Purchase of a Refinancing, we go into the RANDOM
SELECTION PROCESS, to find a MEMBER (1) to whom we are going to give the LOTTO-CLUB offer of the different prices
granted by the articles, the rules and regulation TO GUIDE US to do just that, and which are designed by the CLUB it
self.
In other words, let's say we have a membership of let's say 1000 members. divide in let's say of
various SAVINGS PLAN GROUPS of let's say (1) $100.00; and (2) $500.00.; and another (3) of $1000.00 dolllars
mothly each. We already know we have money enough to run the next random selection process to pick one MEMBER for whom

money. All this depends highly in the amount of MONEY the transactionn He or She is to performed with the winnings from
the CLUB; of this first winner selectee position - THE REAL REASON WHY HE OR SHE IS ENROLLED TOTHE CLUB - onto the CLUB
and its MEMBERSHIP. She or He may be a FIRST HOME BUYER or He or She may be a prospective REFINANCING. Which ever
it would be, it would have a given value - or pre-qualification attached to every member at REGISTRATION - to carry on with the
wining member's intentions. Then, the CLUB will have to run the first random selection process to find out who
this person would be, and for how much it would be the value of His or Her transactin with the CLUB at this point in
time. Once, we know all this factors we may spend let's say $300,000.00 in a REFINANCING of the old mortgage of
the winner member. The CLUB will see how much money there is in the COLLECTIONS FUND to run a second or a third random selection
procees to continue so on, until the money is depleted completely.
As you can see, the CLUB is not giving the money away with its RANDOM SELECTION PROCESS....OUR "LOTTO
FACTOR". The CLUB is only Organizing the Marketing and the Administration of the CLUB's MONETARY FUND.
Latter on we will find out how it IS that the right of ownership of the LOTTO-CLUB's TEMPORAL ASSETS
- after every selection is granted.... the shares of stock and Bonds will pass on to the hands of the MEMBERS, in this way
these documents would be granted by the CLUB to its MEMBERS. Every RANDOM SELECTION WILL GENERATE A BRAND NEW CORPORATION
and those new corporations will genarate a lot of new SHARES OF STOCK AND BONDS for each one of the NEW HOMES OR
NEW REFINANCING done by the CLUB FUNDS. All the CLUB will be doing from there on is Administrating and Controling
the Economic Transactions of theMEMBERSHIP.
