Wich with these SAVINGS we can star BUYING our own mortgages back from those other state's BANKS and/or other FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS,  and STAR COLLECTING those interest rates for ourselves, while we continue making our monthly payments on those LOANS up tp maturity; sometimes up to 30 years. Nowdays, it may reach up to 40 or 50 years for maturity.  If you were to take the time to make the numbers...that will mean LOTS OF MONEY. Try it just for kicks. 
 
YOU CAN INVEST BIG TIME IN THOUSANDS, or you can do your investments in SMALL QUANTITIES, but the basic idea is to participate - REMEMBER IT TAKES TIME TO BUILD A MONETARY EMPIRE -  it takes time, and time is what we have more than enough.

OPEN LETTER TO OUR COMMUNITY

 

 Mss, Mr. & Mrs.  DEAR FRIENDS … hi...!!!  I am so happy for our partial community success when Mr. Schwarzenegger signed into law AB 1381 BACK IN LA CALIFORNIA, our school reform bill.  We have that one in our pockets, and already that one is at hand for implementation, but we need many, but many more programs like that...to get a better future for our beloved ones and for our communities.

 

That is the main objective, or the main point of my letter. See what new programs are channeled to do exactly...and just that...Improve everybody's way of life, not through hand outs - private or governmental - but through creative and highly competitive devices guided by our BASIC PRINCIPLES of free enterprise system. To show you how we can obtain this main Objective, we will disccuss of the

LOTTO FACTOR ... involved in our essay - the means to achieve such objectives, which we so desperately needed to produce and introduce such lucrative INSTRUMENT in our communities - to attain such end results... will be found and portayed in this grandiose program named

 "MY HOME & LOAN LOTTO-CLUB".

 

 I want to recommend this program for it is my own, to begin with, and second, for I know it really works.  If you could only take some of your valuable time to investigate it, you could see the powerful Material for Monetary Accumulation Creation...enbeded in this Program.  I know our constituency will not only will not hesitate in accepting it, but definitely they will recieve and implement it with great pleasure.

Not to mention through the life of the loan if it is a (10-20 or 30) years LOAN....WOW...!!!  That is a lot of $$$$...!!!  Don't you think so…?

OF YOUR "P&I"MONTHLY PAYMENTS 

 

 By learning in a quick way, and to find out how much money you send out off your community into who knows where... – other banks and financial institutions hands - the main guide-lines are set in the following sample paragraph:

 

 Take for example your $200,000.00 Dollars Mortgage, and your monthly payment to be P&I = 914.00 Interest + 100.00 Capital = 1014.00.  If you multiply that much for - lets say a 30 years mortgage which is equal to 360 months - $1014.00 x 360 = $365,040.00 Dollars at the end of the 30th years.  How about if you become your own bank throughout all that time....?

 

Those $365,040.00 Dollars go back to the CLUB, which in turn are re-distributed among all the club Active Members for that particular property, and the Property it self becomes an asset of yours - its value/cost plus the 10-20-30 years Property PLUSVALUE accumulated in it. All together will amount more or less  to :

 

1.- The original Property Purchase Value: $200,000.00 Dollars

2.- The "P&I" returned throughout the 30 years: $365,000.00 Dollars

3.- The Plus-Value Accrued through the 30 years...Assume $300,000.00,

all together: $865,000.00 Dollars stay in your community.

 

Is this not a real capital accummulation instrument...? If let go to a third party financial institution those $365,000.00 will be a loss to you, but if that money stays, it is a total gain for all of those living in the community.

 

That much money will stay with the CLUB, you,and your Community...and this is exactly what my program is all about.  It teaches our citizenry to keep that much money in their own pockets which in turn will stay in our own communities. Can you imagine how much money each community will have as a “Disposable Income”...saved in every body's mortgages...?  And not only that, the whole community - the people who live in it - will be the owners of the LAND, THE PROPERTIES BUILT ON THAT LAND, THE MONEY SAVED AT THE CLUB BANKS, and THE PLUS-VALEU of such properties too.  How do you like those apples...? Just as a preview of the side benefits of this program...!  Could you imagen how many new jobs we could create if we yearly save - in a $200,000.00 Mortgage - $12,168.00 Dollars of interest and capital recovery alone...? We could think of one (1) JOB of $6.00 an hour of 8 hrs a day, or two (2) partime - JOBS - your school age kids or mine - at $5.50 an hours of 20 hrs a week each. 

 

This is only one single new Mortgage financed by our own savings. Can you think  of how many more jobs we could create as time passess by and the capital recovery and the interest returns accumulation grows through the years...? This program is highly progressive in nature, and will grow fast with an exponential velocity if we allow it to. 

 

THE LOTTO FACTOR:  We all - getting united in big masses - have to form one or various CLUBES.  These clubes in turn will control, organize and administer all the monies pooled by the CLUB's Membership.  The CLUBES also will be in charge of channeling those monies throughout all the Economic Activities in our Membership and our Communities. Those CLUBES have to go through the pooling, investing, and generating more new money with the seed capital - which is the original membership  duties (Fees) and their investments - which the CLUBES will be working with.

 

Here is where the LOTTO FACTOR comes into play.  This is the way of how it works.  At a random selection - the lotto factor is nothing else than a simple LOTERY sellection - a winner is selected to receive the opportunity to buy a home for the first time, or to purchase another home using the monies pooled by the CLUB's Membership, or will win the opportunity to Re-finanicng the old mortgage on his's or her's present HOME...with the CLUBES money - our own money.  This could be done on the daily,weekly, the monthly basis.

 

Once the winner is selected, he or she will receive...

 

 FIRST: Access to ll the money necessary - up-to 100% Mortgage - to purchase that first or 2nd new home, or Re-financing the old Mortgage - including the Down Payment - if any - and all of the Closing Cost - all in a perfectly normal conventional type MORTGAGE, which will be bought with the monies pooled by the CLUB at a given  (X% ) interest rate for ( X ) number of years. Like in any other regular mortgage bought in the normal financial world of ours.  With all the requirements and restrictions imposed by the National Treasury Department, and the National Mortgage Industry. Pre-Qualification and conditions imposed by the industry at a given time will be required. In addition...

 

SECOND: She or He - the selectee the winner - will also receive...25% +/- of the monthly interest earned during the life of that new Loan. That alone means a great sum of money for a well accommodated retirement in the future. The  remaining of the monthly interest earned amount on the monthly basis will be distributed among  the CLUB's  operation 8%, and the Rest of the money - 67% -  will go to be distributed among all the CLUB Membership on an equal basis.  Proporcionately and accordingly to the amount each Member has invested in their Investment plan - sort of speaking - while he or she remainds an active member of the CLUB.

 

These 25% + 8% + 67% equals the monthly - the Interest earned on a given mortgage payments from one of the homes mortgaged by the CLUB. The beauty of all of this is that the Club will be the owner of the Mortgage investments done by the Membership,  for the Membership are the owners of the CLUB...the members are the owners of all the mortgages Values and the Collaterals - the physical homes - of all those mortgages on their OWN HOMES.

 

As you can see there is no waste at all...It only takes a little time for the program to reach a momentum...and the amount of money moved will be great if the MEMBERS monies are pooled in great masses, big numbers. Remember, UNION makes the POWER, and power makes wondrous things to happen, namely to ourselves and to our own communities.
